In most cases the buyer would be taking on some of the tasks previously completed by agents which do not require a real estate license.

Our fee: 0.89% of sales price or $5,500 (whichever is higher) the remaining part of the commission will be credited to the buyer.

In the event that we show a buyer only 1 home and end up writing only one offer that is accepted by a seller, we will add an additional $500 to your rebate at closing increasing you total rebate amount to around 2.2% of the sales price of the home.

For buyers who don't have enough time or prefer to sit back and relax while we do all the work a traditional agent would do we offer our all inclusive buyer agency services.
Our fee: 1% of the sales price or $6,000 (whichever is higher) the remaining part of our commission up to 2% of the sales price will be credited to the buyer.
